Day 1: Kigali → Goma
Pick up in Kigali at 7 AM
Transfer across the border into DR Congo via Gisenyi
Reach Goma (about 4 hours)

Day 2: Hike to Nyiragongo Summit
8 AM breakfast and drive to Kibati ranger station (30 min from Goma)
Meet rangers and porters, then start climbing (4–5 hours)
Reach crater rim (~3470 m), camp overnight, and enjoy the lava lake by night
Meals: Breakfast + packed lunch
Day 3: Volcano Descent & Kigali
Descend early, then transfer via Goma crafts market
Cross back to Kigali (3–5 hours), have lunch en route
Overnight at ONOMO Hotel | Breakfast included
Day 4: Kigali City Tour & Departure
Short city tour: craft shops + Kigali Genocide Memorial
