The 4-day/3-night Rwanda Gorilla Trekking Tour begins with an airport pickup and transfer to a Kigali hotel. On the second day, a city tour of Kigali is followed by a drive to the Volcanoes National Park. On the third day, guests wake up early for breakfast before heading to the Kinigi Park Headquarters to begin the gorilla trekking adventure. After the trek, guests have the remainder of the day to themselves. The tour ends on the fourth day with a transfer back to Kigali Hotel or the airport for outbound flights.

Below are the key tour highlights:
Upon arrival at the Kigali airport at around (Flight TBA), and after all the Visa clearance, the COVID-19 Test at the Airport, you will be welcomed by our Representative, greetings – short briefing and immediate transfer to your Hotel in Kigali. The drive from the airport to your Hotel will take approximately 20 minutes.
After your breakfast in the morning, your driver/Guide will meet you at the hotel and ready to transfer to the Volcanoes National Park.
You will start with a short city tour of Kigali and after all visit to the genocide museum; a grim reminder of the senseless massacre of innocent’s lives in 1994.The drive is through beautiful rolling hills, awesome landscape, bypassing coffee and banana plantations on a comfortable paved road and is approximately 3 hours from Kigali to your lodge just near the Volcanoes National Park Headquarters.
Wake up for an early morning breakfast and at around 6:30AM, we head to the Kinigi Park Headquarters.
Today, your gorilla trek is sure to be the highlight of your tour. You will be at the Kinigi ranger station by 7am, you allocate guides and briefed before heading into the forest. You will track one of the eight habituated Gorilla groups in Rwanda. Move in a company of experienced ranger guides through the forest while searching for mountain gorillas. Only eight people are able to track each habituated group.
After the Gorilla trekking, you will return to your Lodge refresh a bit and the reminder of your day is at leisure or do other optional activities.
After your morning breakfast, you will start packing your bags and getting ready to be transferred to Kigali Hotel or at the airport for your out bound flight (TBA).
